The UNI-T UTi740MS is a professional infrared thermal imager for Android and iOS smartphones, designed to measure the surface temperature of objects from -20°C to 550°C, offering a high infrared resolution of 400 × 300 px and a sensitive VOx detector with a NETD ?45 mK. With its compact size and simple USB-C connection, it turns your phone into a professional thermal imaging camera in no time, suitable for electrical diagnostics, industrial applications, HVAC systems, building inspections and electronics development.
The thermal imaging camera uses Super Resolution technology, which increases image quality in real time up to 800×600 px resolution and displays more details during measurements. Manual focusing allows the image to be precisely adjusted to the distance of the object being measured, greatly improving the diagnosis of electronic components, machinery or electrical switchboards.
On the mobile phone display, you can see the thermal image of the objects, converted into a visible image with the selected color palette. Alarms can be set when a certain temperature is exceeded. The image from this camera can be blended (PIP) with the image of the front or rear camera of the mobile phone, while at the same time the infrared image can be mirrored. It is possible to analyse the temperature at a point or marked area (rectangle, circle, line, etc.) of the measured object. Automatic or manual triggering of the camera shutter, saving photos or videos. Possibility to edit photos in the application.
