The silicone rolling mat is an essential accessory for making pies and pizzas! It can also be used to roll out cookies, gingerbread, cake slices, fondant and any dough. It fits into a small space and can be folded or rolled up and stored in a drawer. Easy to clean: you can remove leftover dough with running water or a damp cloth. The centimetre scale on the side of the rolling sheet and the circular template in the centre help you stretch the dough to the right size! During use, be careful not to use a sharp metal object (e.g. a knife) as this will easily cut through the silicone stretch film!
